A prayer of ceasing

Just being present to You
More important than any work
Any concern
Even pain or trouble anywhere

Without You, all is futile
Only with You
In the picture
All things make sense.

You say, 'Walk with me,
I am your friend and your partner;
It is I who will bear fruit through you.'

The inward struggle : What's more important? God's work or being present to God? Being still seems a waste of time, and uneffective use of it. But if I just keep working without time with God, what and whom am I working for? And what kind of work am I doing?
